Also get `ncc` to use the file extension.
…of using `require`
Collect all inputs into a record so that's how that I/O state gets passed around. Also shift most of the logging out of the helper functions and instead put it in `Main.main()` to mitigate having to test logging I/O.
Should hopefully make testing easier
