The BitByte Summer of Code is a 10-week program that runs from May to July, aiming to bring together students passionate about coding and provide them with a platform to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Throughout the program, participants will work on open-source projects, attend workshops and webinars, collaborate with mentors, and engage in a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. 🌈👥
🔸 Open-Source Projects: Participants will have the opportunity to work on real-world, open-source projects. This hands-on experience will enable them to understand the dynamics of software development, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to the global open-source community. 🌐💡
🔸 Mentorship: Each participant will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the program. Mentors are experienced programmers who are passionate about helping students grow and succeed. 🙌📚
🔸 Workshops and Webinars: We will organize workshops and webinars on various topics related to programming, software development, and emerging technologies. These sessions will provide valuable insights, practical knowledge, and a chance to interact with industry experts. 🎓💡

To participate in the BitByte Summer of Code program, follow these steps:

Register for your favourite project, which catches your attention.

After the registration period ends, the selection process will take place, and selected participants will be notified via email.
4.. Once selected, you will receive further instructions on how to get started, project assignments, and details about your mentor. 📝✉️
To participate in the program, you should meet the following requirements:

Must be a student currently enrolled in IIIT Jabalpur. 🎓📚

Should have a basic understanding of programming concepts and preferably have some experience with at least one programming language. 💡💻

Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection. 💻🌐

Strong motivation, dedication, and willingness to learn and contribute to open-source projects. 🌟🔥
