Not only do we need this to be able to monitor performance of the app, but React/Redux integrations most likely require Performance Monitoring to be enabled for them to work correctly.

Performance Monitoring requires upgrading sentry from our 9.1.2 version - we're using the latest stable snap https://snapcraft.io/sentry).

Blocked until the issue below is resolved:

Looks like the snap has been promoted to 21.2.0 on stable but it's still blocked until https://sentry.is.canonical.com/ receives the update.
