feat: add figma code connect

Changelog

New

• add @figma/code-connect
• add code-connect github action workflow
• README file with description and disclaimer
• WIP connecting components. Note: currently files are sitting in a seperate code connect folder while exploring. We will likely want to move these files alongside the actual component code in the future / into storybook files. Figma doesn't care where these files live, we can easily move them.
