fix(mods/my_sweet_cataclysm): gum webs now apply effect correctly #4594

Purpose of change

Fixing an error that was spotted in the discord.

Describe the solution

Set it so that gum webs in apply the gummed effect to the torso, fixing the "invalid body part" error triggered when something steps into the webs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Tormenting Tef with headpats until they do it instead.

Testing

  1. Checked affected file for syntax and lint errors.
  2. Loaded up a world with My Sweet Cataclysm added.
  3. Spawned in and walked into gum webs, I correctly get gummed with no error message, effect shown as applied to the torso.

Additional context

Side note, you can't really tell because monster examine UI only lists a select number of hardcoded effects when present, but I'm fairly certain gum spiders gum themselves since there's no JSON mechanism to specify immunity to effects, only hardcoded stuff.
