###Another Quick Update - 16th October
First of all - my apologies, early October has drifted away from me and we're moving towards late October. This last month has been really unexpectedly busy, and I've had a lot of stuff going on, so I haven't quite managed to find as much time to work on Chart.js as I'd hoped.
In terms of an updated ETA, I'm really aiming for a pre-November release, and I'll be having some late nights and a few days off to try my best to make this happen.
Again, really appreciate the support and cheers for your patience for the new version.

Great project, but have you considered assigning more contributors (replacing inactive ones)? It's a really promising project, and there are quite a lot of great feature suggestions and pull requests with additional features (tooltips, hovers, labels, etc.), but it looks like none of them make it through.

Check out FVANCOP/ChartNew.js
We are integrating many of the pull requests and moving forward with the project there.
Not in the true spirit of Github? perhaps. But at least we can move forward.

Join the queue. Some of the pull requests have been merged at https://github.com/FVANCOP/ChartNew.js, and I tried to spearhead a community refactor https://github.com/CAYdenberg/Chart.js/wiki.
