What this PR does / why we need it

• Fix schema definition, by fixing the components that are using another component from Cloud Toolkit as a property
• Fix the NodeJS SDK using a fixed version of Pulumi. More details at:
  • Fix NodeJS SDK when a component is using another component from the same schema as a property pulumi/pulumi#11467
  • The NodeJS SDK is broken when a component is using another component from the same schema as a property pulumi/pulumi#11466
• Fix Calico race condition
• Updated provider dependencies with fixed versions
