  1. Allow any scope casing for Conventional Commits

    As the [spec](https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/) does not enforce any scope casing rules, I think that [any casing may be used](https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/#are-the-types-in-the-commit-title-uppercase-or-lowercase) on behalf of repo maintainers.
