- Plug in your desired USB into the machine
- Keep pressing F12 on your keyboard until Boot Menu pops up
- Select the USB you've made
- Navigate to it and press enter
- Now, where many users get confused press space bar and you'll find YOURUSB(external)(dmg) boot option in the OpenCore boot menu.
- Wait until the recovery loads
- Go to Disk Utility
- Select your disk and format it as APFS and GUID partition Table. Something like this:
- Now that you've erased the disk as APFS you can click on install macOS Monterey and wait until it installs.
- Boom! You're ready to setup macOS and use it!
