FIxed bugs in the Episode Reconcile feature. Minor UI cleanup.

Better Wager Form

Made the Wager form a react-redux form, preserves the values after being set so you don't have to retype your comments.

Reconcile Episodes

Added ability to reconcile episodes using a handy form, rather than having to use the offline importer script.

Easing Data Input

Added the ability to manage users; added the ability to edit episodes. Overall reducing the amount of manual labor required to manage the weekly data imports.
