• The currently configured dependency semantic-release@19.0.3, released in June 2022, and updated through fix(deps): update semantic-release to 19.0.3 #162, reports 6 moderate severity vulnerabilities.

Dependencies

• The release semantic-release@20.0.0 dropped support for Node.js < 18 , so PR fix(deps): update semantic-release to 19.0.3 #162 was restricted at the time to using semantic-release 19.x because CircleCI was running on Node.js 16.
• PR chore(deps): use CircleCI cimg/node:20.12.2 image #171 updated the CircleCI workflow in this repo to use Node.js v20.12.2 removing the restriction on later semantic-release versions.

Update to semantic-release@23.0.8, released on Apr 9, 2024, to remediate vulnerabilities and use the latest release.
