Randomly switches active window in Windows to one from a selected list. Used for speedrunning.
Despite what the name suggests, does not actually use Alt+Tab to switch between games.

For now:
- get python (3.x)
- pip install pywin32
- download repo
- start at least 2 (different) games in ScummVM
- Run "runner.py" script in randomizer folder, choose games and timing
- Panic!
