I thought you need Drush 11 for Drupal 10 |

The installation of drush is unrelated to the drush command. Drush installation is normally done in the project, and with Drupal 10, same as anywhere else, |

I noted in testing v1.19.0-rc3 that
ddev drushdidn't work on drush10. It should.
