Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In some multilingual instances, we need to have the service name in the target language selected by the user. Currently Decidim system panel only allows defining a single locale.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the possibility to define the organization's name in multiple language rather than limiting it to only a single language. This change should apply to both, the system panel as well as the admin pane's organization edit view.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Hacking it to the template, cumbersome if we want to use the same code for other service too (like we do, the actual service and the Youth budget).

Additional context
Original proposal by @ahukkanen.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
No.

Acceptance criteria

  • The system panel and admin panel's organization edit view allows defining the organization's name in multiple languages.
  • Admins are able to set the organization's name independently for each language supported by the instance.
  • The implementation should adhere to the multilingual requirements of instances with diverse language preferences.
  • The solution is documented for future reference and maintenance.
  • The solution should consider potential user interface adjustments to accommodate multiple language inputs without compromising usability.
