Here's a step-by-step guide on how to access data from a Salesforce Domo dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your Salesforce Domo account. If you don't have one, you must create an account first.

  2. Once signed in, navigate to the dashboard from which you want to access data. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to access the data.

  3. After selecting the format, choose the date range or filters you want to apply to the exported data. This step is optional but helpful if you need specific date.

  4. Look for the "Export" or "Download" button on the dashboard. This button is usually located at the top-right corner of the dashboard or within the menu options.

  5. Click the "Export" or "Download" button and select the desired format for the data export. Salesforce Domo typically supports formats like CSV, Excel, or JSON.

  6. Click the "Export" or "Download" button again to start the data export process. Depending on the size of the data and your internet connection speed, it may take some time to complete.

  7. After the export, the data file will be downloaded to your device. Locate and open the downloaded file using the appropriate software (e.g., Microsoft Excel for CSV or Excel files).

  8. Now, you can access data from the Salesforce Domo dashboard. Using the software with which you opened the file, you can analyze, manipulate, or visualize the data as desired.

That's it! And remember, always follow your organization’s security and privacy guidelines when working with sensitive data.
