SVG favicon does not work on Safari #22398

Describe the Bug

Seems like Safari and Safari on iOS do not support our auto generated SVG favicons¹.
We should provide a fallback for them.

To Reproduce

Open any Directus instance with Safari

Directus Version

v10.10.7

Hosting Strategy

Self-Hosted (Docker Image)
