This PR failed Appveyor tests (Didnt fail a requirements test before enabling) and didnt run CircleCI tests for an unknown reason. Needs research. |

This didn't work. The instructions in the change record presumed that the caller was operating on an enabled module. Fixed in #5078 by duplicating the logic from |
