Upgrade dependencies to fix audit issues #462

This PR:

updates packages to remove all npm audit issues as of 2021-08-31
- includes a major upgrade to jsPDF v2
replaces rollup with Webpack for bundling
- includes on-the-fly Webpack bundling in Karma tests
updates snapshots affected by the upgraded html2canvas (and possibly browser changes in Chrome?)

this uses a custom fork/branch for the dependency karma-webpack-preprocessor
- goal is to add these features as a PR to the main repo soon, and switch this dependency over
