A python library for analyzing, modelling, and simulating the spatial behavior and learning of rodents.

This code has been mostly developped for my PhD thesis: MassiE_PhDManuscript(2023)

installation

• in your directory of preference:

git clone https://github.com/elimas9/navigation_model.git
cd navigation_model
pip install .

requirements

• FFmpeg (optional, for generating videos of the behavior)
