im not up to date with pants workflows, but last time i looked there was a "pantsup" script and a new way of running pants (scie-pants)
i hit a bug when trying to update it (which i believe was fixed upstream) and havent had time to go back to it
wondering how this way relates to that (for ref my pr was #662)

i expected this to fail on the readme goal - which has elicited a warning - but seems to be failing on pants rules (not sure) - wondering if there is something that needs to be updated or rebuilt |

I believe an upgrade to at least 2.15 version of pants is going to be required |
