I'm not sure this is going to work right now. Standard v10 requires ESLint v3, whereas Standard v11 (which is still in beta) requires ESLint v4. I think I'll close this for now and wait to update to Standard v11 when it's stable. |

This PR updates to the latest stabled version of Standard. The only change that seemed to affect this codebase was standard/standard#816. Fixing the error is addressed in
rules/lib/is-inside-promise.jsandrules/prefer-await-to-callbacks.js.Standard changelog, for reference
