In addition to the patch you have to rename the document.location variables in your modules:
- document.location.entrypoint => Zikula.Config.entrypoint
- document.location.ajaxtimeout => Zikula.Config.ajaxtimeout
- document.location.pnbaseURL => Zikula.Config.pnbaseURL
