The Ifremer erddap server has some updates on the way, this PR to make argopy ready for it.

Internal changes:

New dataset ids
Refactoring some methods between ErddapREFDataFetcher and parent class ErddapArgoDataFetcher

User/API changes:

Include dataset attribute "version" in the xarray output
