[docs] Fix formatting and verbiage issues in Bare and brownfield guides #28242

Why

Follow up #27608

Fix redirect issues to the archived doc "
Show the archived doc archive/using-expo-client/ in the sidebar (by updating the navigation structure)
Fix formatting and verbiage issues in guides under "Existing React Native apps" and "Existing native apps" sections.

By running docs locally and going through each guide.

Documentation is up to date to reflect these changes (eg: https://docs.expo.dev and README.md).
Conforms with the Documentation Writing Style Guide
This diff will work correctly for npx expo prebuild & EAS Build (eg: updated a module plugin).
