Test if s3 uploading works.

Need to set the following in env vars
XCMETRICS_USE_S3_REPOSITORY = “1”
XCMETRICS_S3_BUCKET = whatever bucket
XCMETRICS_S3_REGION = whatever region


          DO-3013 testing s3 without creds
