This ports fixie-ai/ai-jsx#504 over to this repo. This also changes the function signature of `createRevision` to take JSON objects and uses those objects for the underlying API calls.

This adds the ability to set default runtime parameters in the
fixieCLI, which allows experimentation against the default agent runtime using the fixie CLI itself.Additionally, tighten lint settings and fix lint.
