We'll release fluentd 1.14.3 before releasing td-agent 4.3.0 to merge following in_tail fixes:

FYI: chef is already released win32-service v2.3.0 or later:
chef/win32-service@bde5569
https://github.com/chef/win32-service/tags
But still they are not released on rubygems....

I reported the above issue on chef/win32-service#79.

Now win32-service gem v2.3.2 is out in rubygems!

qemu-user-static on Ubuntu 20.04 contains a bug that crashes arm64
Debian Bullseye hosts:

     https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/1749393

This patch works around that issue, by install the required qemu
binaries (in particular `qemu-aarch64-static`) using
"multiarch/qemu-user-static" image.

We'll publish release announcement for this release at https://www.fluentd.org/blog/
In this announcement, we'll also announce drop schedule:

We'll recommend enterprise support service for such old versions if users request it.
