The wrapper is copyright Frederik M.J.V. (2012) under GPLv2 (see lib/multimon).
For the demod to work it needs a samplerate of 12000hz.

This is very rough code, and will probably be reorganized a few times. Don't expect code or grc-graphs using this code to work with the next version.
