Scope:
Create and set SMART goals using a client in the form of a web browser, Android, or IOS. Work to be done:
- Create a new project for each layer below.
- Create and update each layer as required.

This project will be composed of different parts:
- Client layers:
- Web browser using Vue.js
- Web browser using ReactJS
- Web browser using AngularJS
- Android using Xamarin.
- IOS using Xamarin.
- Service layer.
- WebAPI layer.
- Database layer.
