Adding bug reporting section

Hey @peter-tackage I added a new section for bug reporting and beta testers, please check it out and give me your feedback

I think adding a section about the importance of crash reporting tools and also beta/internal distribution tools is a good idea. However, these should be done in a general manner or where specific tools are involved; based upon our own experiences at Futurice.

In the interests of disclosure, @Ahmedanwer; do you work at Instabug - one of the tools you have recommended?

Hey @peter-tackage yeah I think this could be helpful also it's already there in the iOS section https://github.com/futurice/ios-good-practices, and yes for the disclosure I do work at Instabug but I highly recommend trying it and giving me your feedback
