Fixes

• Scope the main hr styles to the .remarkdown selector.
• Misc documentation fixes.

Housekeeping

• Reorganizes some of the internal file structure. The dist/*.css paths did not change and the main SCSS entry point didn’t move, so this should not be a breaking change.
• Update Sass compiler from node-sass to dart-sass.
