Describe the bug
Mobile apps render with the light theme, ignoring the new iOS and Android dark theme settings

To Reproduce
Set your mobile theme to dark (iOS 13 or Android 29)

Device

  • OS: Android or iOS
  • Version: 29/13 (autumn 2019)
  • Fyne version: develop

Moved to Aberlour milestone because it required an update to the fyne package bootstrap so not really a point release fix.
