My interest in the technology area came with my curiosity in wanting to translate GBA game roms with my first cell phone: LG E405f (150mb space, 20mb ram, android 2.3) which was in 2015 where I learned a little hexadecimal to translate, even today I try to translate them again, these games entertained me because it was The only technology I had and the only games that ran were from very old consoles via emulators.
I started studying programming in mid-2021 at the end of my high school, at the time I used a LG Optimus L7, at the time I started studying Portuguese for programming logic and a little HTML on my cell phone with Portugol Mobile, QuickEdit and Code Studio. After that I got a Toshiba notebook (portege r830 4gb) that only accepted using Windows 7 because I couldn't change the boot to another OS and I learned the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
In 2022 I started my academic training in Computer Science where I managed to join a PIBITI/PIBIC research project involving a web repository of Educational Robotics produced with Angular and Firebase. I learned about these technologies and after a while my research changed its focus to feeding this system with more data, which is when I discovered Data Engineering, my focus this time was on searching for robot data (Arduino for example) on the web and adapting it to feed the system. It's still an area that I like and have invested my time in, I've learned in the meantime about: Web Scraping, Web Crawler, Data Ingestion and Database Scalability.
In 2024 I program mainly with Python, extracting, modeling, doing data ingestion and some APIs. My main station Current work environment is a PC with the following configuration: Xeon 2670v3 12cores 24threads, 16gb Ram Asgard 3600mhz, RX580 2048SP 8gb. On my cell phone I use termux to run my codes when I'm away from the PC. you can see my Ubuntu workstation configuration at setups. Fun fact: this PC can't handle opening 8 Chrome tabs in Selenium hahaha
