This is to deal with the very useless OTEL log lines that have been showing up since we muted the messages in the OTEL collector:
We were using version 1.11 of the OTEL libraries (released Oct 12 2022)
The fix we want is was released Oct 30 2022: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go#3432
This update should cover that.
