Adds the ability for users to set a maximum number of errors before the process fails (non-zero exit code).

My team has recently adopted gherkin-lint and has a lot of errors. Rather than disabling rules or allowing our CI builds to pass on any amount of gherkin-lint errors, --max-errors enables us to iteratively fix errors and lower our maximum over time.
