  1. unix: fix IoctlGetPtmget get empty ptsname on NetBSD. 

    On NetBSD, because the size of the Ptmget structure does not match the value of TIOCPTSNAME, IoctlGetPtmget uses an incorrect structure internally, resulting in empty ptsname.
