feat(batch): update the API

#### batch:v1

The following keys were added:
- schemas.StatusEvent.properties.taskState.description
- schemas.StatusEvent.properties.taskState.enum
- schemas.StatusEvent.properties.taskState.enumDescriptions
- schemas.StatusEvent.properties.taskState.type

The following keys were changed:
- schemas.Binding.properties.members.description
- schemas.Script.properties.path.description
- schemas.Script.properties.text.description
