feat(securitycenter): update the api

#### securitycenter:v1

The following keys were added:
- schemas.GoogleCloudSecuritycenterV1ResourceValueConfig.properties.sensitiveDataProtectionMapping.$ref (Total Keys: 1)
- schemas.GoogleCloudSecuritycenterV1SensitiveDataProtectionMapping (Total Keys: 4)

#### securitycenter:v1beta1

The following keys were added:
