feat(compute): update the api

#### compute:alpha

The following keys were added:
- schemas.InstanceGroupManagerActionsSummary.properties.creatingInBulk (Total Keys: 2)
- schemas.InstanceGroupManagersDeleteInstancesRequest.properties.instanceNames (Total Keys: 2)

#### compute:v1

The following keys were added:
- schemas.Route.properties.nextHopHub.type (Total Keys: 1)
- schemas.RouterNat.properties.autoNetworkTier.type (Total Keys: 1)
- schemas.TargetHttpProxy.properties.httpKeepAliveTimeoutSec (Total Keys: 2)
