* chore: trusted-contribution bot to add /gcbrun comment

Experimenting the behavior of the trusted contribution bot. From reading the configuration (https://github.com/googleapis/repo-automation-bots/pull/1682/files), it accepts multiple objects.

* postprocessor exclusion

* 🦉 Updates from OwlBot post-processor
