BAU updating dependencies for main solution and feature tests

What changed

updated all dependencies to latest version. I did not update eslint as newest version does not support eslint-typescript typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#8211

Testing

Deployed version of updated solution to dev account and run features tests locally against that version
