@wirthi https://www.graalvm.org/release-notes/22_3/ does not show that we really have a 22.3.5 release but the release calendar suggest that we should have a 22.3.5 by now.

Before you merge this please verify that 22.3.5 is indeed available to the public.

The build won't pass if they are not publicly available.

I updated workflows to run actions when we update libs.versions.toml file, so we will see if actions are passing. @melix that should be sufficient check, right?
