Modernise all the thing

• Add a shell script entry to run command This can be symlinked from anywhere.
• Lazy load commands via Symfony's ContainerCommandLoader
• Update dependencies
• Add helper tool config (editorconfig, phpstan & phpcs)

Simplify all the things!

• remove Command Creation and dependencies
• remove composer.lock to auto-update minor versions
• A little cleanup here & there
