This is @lowasser's implementation of protobuf gRPC for Kotlin, and is related to this Kotlin Design doc.
The library is built with Gradle, and relies on protocolbuffers/protobuf#7254 for the
protoc-plugin-kotlinpackage to build classes using protoc.
