The application Nota Fiscal Cidadã was created during the event Hackathon Insano, which happened on 08/18/2017, conducted by Sefaz with the objective of developing software solutions for mobile devices, within the scope of the duties of the Secretary of State of Finance of the state of Alagoas, Brazil. The winning team, Iceberg created in 72h the application Participa that has features of Nota Fiscal Cidadã that previously could only be accessed in person
