Adding AzureFirewallThreatIntelMode property to firewall_resource

Allows you to set the AzureThreatIntelMode property when creating an azurerm_firewall resource.

Thanks for the PR but it seems #7437 was opened and merged already with this functionality, as such i am going to close this.

This has been released in version 2.16.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example:

provider "azurerm" {
    version = "~> 2.16.0"
}
# ... other configuration ...
