This PR should fix #3975

Now, We use Pipe to separate values in array fields.

Commands updated:

generate:composer
generate:controller
generate:plugin:ckeditorbutton
generate:plugin:migrate:source

This fix will be included in Drupal Console 2.0 because of breaks compatibility with previews releases 1.x.
