Add icons for Navien Water Heaters integration module

Proposed change

This logo will be used for a custom component which allows users to connect to their Navien Water Heater systems using the Navilink WiFi module. It allows to control and monitor the state of the Navien water heaters which are connected to the Navien cloud portal via a NaviLink or NaviLink Lite control system.

The repo for the custom component is https://github.com/SouravBasu/hass_navien_water_heater

The logo files have been downloaded from the official Navien website and adjusted to match home-assistant requirements.
