Goodwe Increase max value of export limit to 200%

Proposed change

Increase max value of the grid_export_limit entity from 100% to 200%.

Grid-tied inverters can produce more power than their nominal value
and it is absolutely legal to produce up to 200% of the value.
(Official mobile mgmt app allows limit range 0-200% too.)
