When the multicast interface is updated using hass.config_entries.async_update_entry the update_listener would fire and run hass.config_entries.async_reload which produces a homeassistant.config_entries.OperationNotAllowed.
Therefore only register the update_listener after the multicast interface has been determined and the config_entry posibly updated.
